We recommend sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at our facility. Once we receive your package in our sorting department, it typically takes up to 48 hours for the item to be added to our register log. When the item is processed, our accounting department will then be able to issue your refund.

If you purchased a loose stone and it was mounted into a setting by a jeweler outside of BrilliantDiamonds.com, the loose stone is non-returnable/non-refundable.
Any Special Order, Custom Design or Custom Order made at the request and specifications of the customer; or any jewelry item that is altered at the request of the customer to have a different shape or size center stone other than what is pictured on our website, is considered final and non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
