Is your jewelry gold plated or gold filled?

We do not use gold plating or gold filling. All our jewelry is manufactured in solid 14K Gold, 18K Gold or Platinum.

 

 

Is this a cubic zirconia or a moissanite?

Brilliant Diamonds are Simulated Diamonds but they are different from the common CZ as well as from Moissanite. These differences result in a superior diamond simulant that better resembles the qualities of a natural diamond.  Unlike other simulated diamonds in the industry, Our Simulated Diamonds are guaranteed not to fade or lose their brilliance. Why is my credit card being declined?

Please verify that your billing address matches the address your bank has on file, otherwise the transaction will be declined.

 

 

How do i find my ring size?

What if I receive my ring and it is too big or too small?

All new engagement rings shipped in the USA, come with complimentary resizing within the first 30 days from purchase. If for any reason the size is not just perfect, all you need to do is send it back and we will resize it free of charge. Do you offer a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, All of our jewelry comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Every certificate includes detailed information about your item including color, cut and clarity.

 

 

Does Brilliant Diamonds Sell Used jewelry?

Brilliant Diamonds only sells brand new jewelry and does not sell used jewelry.

 

 

Why are Brilliant Diamond jewelry prices so low in comparison to diamond retail store prices?

We are a jewelry wholesale company, therefore the prices we offer are the price that we would normally sell to other wholesalers and jewelry stores. A typical jewelry distribution channel involves 4 to 5 middlemen representing 300 to 400% in added cost. 

 

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Only to Florida residents. Because we are located in Tampa, Florida we are required to collect sales tax to all sales shipped within our state. Florida State Residents are required to pay 7% state tax.

 

 

If I send payment today, how fast can you ship my order?

Please note that all our Jewelry is Made to Order.

We require a minimum of 5-7 working days to complete your order before shipping.

 

 

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

If you select Free shipping your order will be sent via USPS Pirority Mail.

Please allow 3 to 4 days to receive your order AFTER we ship it.

Do you ship to other countries?

Brilliant Diamonds ships to other countries via USPS Express Mail International or by FEDEX International, depending on the shipping method you select. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES: Please note that your country of residence may impose duties or levy some other charges that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country. These fees are Your Responsibility and are separate from the cost paid for your merchandise and shipping. Please do not ask that we mark the customs tag as a "gift" or to value the order at less than what you paid for the merchandise.

 

 

How should I take care of my new jewelry?

Good Question. Exposure during ordinary wear to perspiration and household chemicals, like hand soap, chlorine and hairspray, can cause buildup that dulls the surface of any gemstone. We recommend periodic cleaning to keep your jewelry sparkling and refractive. Using ammonia or plain white vinegar and an old toothbrush will keep them always looking brand new.
